*Valvoline World Headquarters is located in Lexington, KY, but we invite remote candidates to apply as well. We are open to this position being 100% remote.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

The Senior Recruitment Marketing Specialist - Remote collaborates with internal and external partners to develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies and solutions to engage and attract new Valvoline team members while enhancing Valvoline’s employer brand through positive advertising and social communications. Researches, identifies, and proposes branding opportunities and strategies to yield high candidate engagement and appropriate ROI. Maintains and updates key technology tools and templates so that recruiters have access to the latest materials. Continually scans the talent marketplace for best practices, innovative tools, and new approaches to recruitment brands that are emerging in North America. Uses data and analytics to translate into recommendations that drive continuous improvement with how the brand strategy is performing (e.g. resume flow, candidate engagement, etc). In the role, you would be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing recruitment marketing strategies and programs to grow a pipeline of active and passive candidates that aligns with business goals and supports both budget and hiring goals, including:
    • Executing multi-channel marketing strategies that are focused on improving the marketing engine through better targeting, messaging and copy, spend, content, tactics, engagement, and management
    • Managing paid and organic marketing, content planning, social media initiatives, and career websites to support global hiring and employer brand across North America and Canada
    • Working collaboratively with the Marketing & Communications analyst to measure, analyze, and report on campaign and source effectiveness to maximize ROI and results, and in order to make data-driven adjustments and recommendations
    • Researching market trends and competitor landscape as well as recommending changes to maintain competitive recruitment strategies
    • Partnering with the consumer marketing team to integrate recruitment marketing messages in consumer facing channels as appropriate
    • Partnering with brand marketing team to develop creative assets that can be used for recruitment marketing, including the career sites, social media, and collateral pieces
  • Partnering with the Director of Talent Acquisition to manage relationships with our recruiting technology and agency partners
  • Acting as liaison and partner key stakeholder teams including Talent Acquisition, HR, Ops, and Franchising; supporting franchisees in local recruitment marketing efforts
  • Coordinating approvals of monthly and quarterly recruitment invoices
  • Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, digital marketing, advertising OR significant work experience in marketing, digital marketing, or advertising equivalent to a degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or advertising
  • Strong data analysis experience with an emphasis on data visualization
  • Superb communication skills, both written and oral
  • Advanced experience with a CRM tool such as Smashfly or Paradox
  • Experience with website development and maintenance
  • Superior knowledge and experience with recruitment marketing tools, including social media, paid social advertising, organic advertising, and CPC advertising
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
